Sylvia specializes in the strength, flexibility, and balance work that her clients need. We get this with a healthy dose of aerobics and without machines. Does anybody really like those? We work with bands, balls, and battle ropes. The results are amazing. I no longer worry about walking up and down steps of the ambo at church when i am the cantor.
