We chose Blakley's based on other reviews that said that, while possibly a bit more expensive than big box stores, it was still affordable, and the customer care was worth it. While we don't have anything else to compare to, we are very happy with our choice. The customer service was outstanding, we were able to get installation scheduled early, and the installation was done with care by experts. Everything throughout the whole process was taken care of promptly and professionally. And we are in love with our new carpet! We will definitely continue to use Blakely's for future flooring needs.”
