“I've been coming to the Castleton branch of Community Hearing Health for about five years. I've been treated as family, and the customer service has been great each and every time. I've had some hearing issues, and I needed to upgrade to two hearing aids. I was helped through the financing process, and that was easy to set up and manage. I like being able to drop in and have them do maintenance -- dehumidifying -- on a random basis, which someone does gladly and quickly. Whether it's batteries or wax guards, I can get the supplies through the office. I've had two times where I've damaged the device, and I've been helped to get a replacement quickly. One time my dog mistook it for a chew toy or piece of kibble and obliterated the device. It's those "emergency" or non-routine circumstances in which you can tell whether or not they care about you as a customer. They do. I've recommended my brother and my mother-in-law to the place, and they both had similar positive experiences.”

“I rarely do reviews but my experience with John Mitchell Two Guys and a Truck was so exceptional I had to write this. I had them move a 350 lb massage chair. They were able to do the move within 1 day after I called them. Several movers I called were 2 to .4 weeks out. The price they quoted was in line with other movers. Even though the job turned out to be a lot harder and take a lot longer than anticipated they held to the original quote. The movers were friendly and professional. The most remarkable thing was their concern about completing the move successfully when they could have given up. The chair was too big to get through the door. One of the movers got on the internet to see if the chair could be safely disassembled. The others began to work on the doorway by taking off the door. They eventually took off the door molding and were able to get the chair into the room. There was absolutely no damage to the chair and when they replaced the molding you could not tell it had been removed. This company seems to truly want to please their customers with a quality move.”

“I am a caregiver for a patient there. The staff is wonderful! The place is very clean and the building always smells nice. It’s not like any other rehabilitation/nursing home I’ve ever been to. It is bright and happy there. The staff goes above and beyond to help accommodate myself and my patient. I am very pleased with the management. They are always friendly and welcoming. “Super 8 is a budget friendly motel. The rooms are a good size for the price. It is in a great location, close to most everything. The manager, Courtney, is a delight. She is always friendly and willing to do whatever is necessary to improve my stay. She is extremely helpful and is the only person I go to with questions about my bill. She is the real reason we stay at Super 8 in Castleton.”
