The owner answered all my emails extremely quickly, gave me a detailed price, and a realistic timeline to have the work done. Inside their office was very organized and clean, which let me know initially they actually take pride in how they represent their business. When I dropped off and picked up my items, I was helped with loading / unloading. My project was a bit of an odd one - re-doing a 30 year old boat interior (items were removed and dropped off to their shop). Good upholsters (or even efficient small business owners) can be hard to find - this business is a great one.”
