“My husband on January 19, 2013 fell off his bicycle, breaking 5 ribs, puncturing his lung and then while in hospital was found with two blood clots. Dr. Venkatesh was assigned to Mark regarding the blood clots and due to type of fall Dr. Venkatesh felt breaking 5 ribs was excessive so began to run tests. Due to this quick thinking it was found that Mark has early stages of Multiple Myeloma (bone cancer). During the past three months we have learned to truly respect Dr. Venkatesh and highly recommend him. His office staff are tremendous and always make you feel like you are the only one when going in for appointments and/or treatment sessions. This is not our first experience with an Oncologist as my mother had a different doctor in Greenwood and I can tell you it was no where near the same. Thank you Dr. Venkatesh for your care, concern and going above.”
