(July 15, 2021, 2:51 pm)We've been a customer for 3+ years and always paid our bill automatically; we had to get the unit when we moved to Florida from Georgia. We are vacating our unit this month and inadvertently didn't realize our CC expired in the same month we are vacating. So of course the charge didn't go through. Once we noticed, I called Cube Smart in Snellville and asked if they could waive the late fee for a long-standing customer, and they said they would.
