The employee wasn’t super nice and even though I was standing there with a box when she opened the door she just unlocked it and walked away. Would have been nice of her to throw it open for me at least.
(March 1, 2021, 8:27 pm)First time here. I purchased a PO box Chanel was so patient and professional. Very nice and explained the process without a problem. Any questions I had she was able to answer them or get the answers I needed. The other cashier next to her was very informative as well. Her name was Dionne! She is very down to earth and they get the job done. These ladies were very polite and they definitely knew how to give great customer service. Thank you Chanel #URawk

I am always impressed with their professional, caring, competent staff, their excellent communication and customer service, and the relaxing, clean, welcoming ambience. As far as results, I have had “miraculous” levels of pain relief in addition to general stress and anxiety relief. I’m a huge fan of the Arcadia location. Great price, convenience and experience every time!
(March 15, 2020, 3:25 pm)They got me in within an hour when I called last minute they are always friendly and my massage was perfect I know I can rely on quality at element every time I have not been disappointed. They even gave me card stretch recommendations which was super helpful and above what I expected. I ended up signing up for the membership.
(January 17, 2020, 11:35 am)I love my massages at Elements - from the moment you walk in, the front desk is helpful and knowledgeable and matches you to a massage therapist that will give you the experience you're looking for. The waiting area is beautiful and relaxing, and so are the treatment rooms. I've had many massages over my life at high-end spas and my experience at Elements easily rivals them.
(January 4, 2020, 2:22 pm)I have been coming to this studio for a few years and they always have great therapists on staff. The additional services like aromatherapy, and cupping add a great touch. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing break or even a gift for a friend.
