“I've dealt with Kenney for decades and have always had a good experience. As a Toro dealership, Kenney uses the best parts delivery system in the business. Unlike some of their competitors, the parts people confirm the item being ordered while you're on the phone with them. Another brand's dealership merely takes the part numbers and thanks you for the order, making no attempt to make sure all the part numbers are correct. Kenney also drop ships direct from the factory any parts they do not have in stock - don't even have to ask for them to do that, it's automatic. The next day, both the parts coming from Kenney & the drop shipment arrive UPS. With the other dealerships, it might be two days before the parts arrive. Couldn't ask for better parts service.”

“This is an update to my previous review, as we had multiple issues with our installation, repair and repair communication. Since posting the review, the response and follow up from Tish Flooring has been above and beyond. A team of our original sales associate, the operation sales manager and field inspector came to our home. They inspected all the problem areas, and fixed the carpet that was coming up from the floor. The entire team was courteous, apologetic and acknowledged the issues. It is clear Tish Flooring is a company that sincerely cares about their customer's happiness with their service, and their long term satisfaction.”

“Direct Plus is wonderful. It will save you money. I have been a member for over a decade. All the people there are helpful and wonderful people to work with.I have purchased kitchen cabinets, furniture, floorings, lighting etc. I was a member of the other discount place (DB) and they are awful and cheats! Again, Direct Plus has inexpensive membership dues and will save you that amount many times over. I am an unbiased customer who gets nothing for this review.”
