What made us go with ServiceMaster was the project manager's willingness to reduce the price based upon work we completed ourselves. Of the other three companies we had contacted, two wouldn't even respond to me after I told them that I would do some of the work on my own; one company flat-out refused to negotiate. We took on a lot of the work on our own, but it saved us quite a bit of money and was greatly appreciated, especially considering who stressful this entire situation has been. The crew which did the actual work did a wonderful job and exceeded our expectations. I would have no hesitation at all referring someone to ServiceMaster for this type of service.”
