“I have been using Black Forest Motors for servicing of my Volvo XC90 and Mercedes E350 since 2005. Keith has consistently been trustworthy, punctual and completely fair, and honest with me. We purchased the 2006 Volvo used and have had to "get it up to par" over the years. Keith has worked with us as to what to repair now and what can wait for a while. I say that because we purchased a great car at a bargain price and was willing to work to make it a car that will last for years and lots of miles. I am writing this review to state that over the years, there is absolutely not a single instance in the past fifteen years of failure to perform as promised, getting the work done in a timely fashion and fairly and reasonably priced. I have had my Mercedes in over the past eighteen months five times with routine and some extra maintenance when I hit a speed bump and scraped the bottom of the engine. Again, great work, extra care on the staff's part and highly recommended.”

The guy on the phone explained very carefully how it all works. The crew arrived at 7:59 am, one minute earlier than the scheduled time. The movers were all very skilled and efficient. They packed up everything with ease and precision. They even helped us gathering last minute things. There were absolutely no issues carrying my furniture down two flights of stairs. They packed everything so carefully. I got the proof of that when all my belongings arrived in great condition. This company does what it is supposed to. I couldn’t have asked for more.”

ServiceMaster's quotation for the remediation was similar in price to the other companies we contacted. What made us go with ServiceMaster was the project manager's willingness to reduce the price based upon work we completed ourselves. Of the other three companies we had contacted, two wouldn't even respond to me after I told them that I would do some of the work on my own; one company flat-out refused to negotiate. We took on a lot of the work on our own, but it saved us quite a bit of money and was greatly appreciated, especially considering who stressful this entire situation has been. The crew which did the actual work did a wonderful job and exceeded our expectations. I would have no hesitation at all referring someone to ServiceMaster for this type of service.”
