“Chad is amazing! Always answers his phone immediately, the fastest response time I've had from a carpet company. They provide excellent customer service from beginning to end. The high quality carpet is awesome and warranties for 10 years (some are 15 years if you really go big) I had a limited budget and they worked with me to get what I wanted at the price I could afford. After doing some carpet comparisons, this was low pricing for high quality - I can't get better than that! They installed it quickly leaving time for them to carpet clean a few extra rooms for me. The installation and cleaning were professionally done and everything was cleaned up nicely afterward. Both my kids, my wife, and my dog love it. I did good! Actually, they did good for me!”
