They are the best home care service that I've had so far. My nurse and physical therapist are awesome! Both are very polite and know how to do their jobs.
I have worked with ACME for over 5 years. They were and still are the preferred providers in 5 of my senior apartment complexes. Very truthful and honest. The best part, if they make a mistake they will own up to and fix it!!! Great health care staff and office staff. They are a certified full service Medicare and Medicaid provider, so they are one stop shopping for all your home health care needs!
I have been employed with Acme for 5 years and it is a very good company to work for, with office staff that has strong employees that are team-players and are friendly and efficient and give good customer service. The field staff is excellent with experienced, skilled, and compassionate nurses, therapists, and Home Health aides. Our patients are typically very pleased with the services they receive, as has been determined through telephone surveys. The company has been in business for 38 years and we are ACHC Accredited. Some of the perks of working for Acme are paid mileage, flexible scheduling, good compensation, and autonomy on the job. Working in Home Health is a wonderful way to provide individualized 1 on 1 care to patients and meet and work with their families. We receive referrals from many different sources, which keeps the job interesting. The work environment is fun and working there is very rewarding.
ACME is a close group of professionals of whom are pleasant for to work. Home care is a wonderful area of nursing, of which I adore. Love to help those in the community at their very home. Acme recognizes individuals for their input and service, as employees. I am proud also to be affilliated with such a company of which strives to provide complete and concise care to their patients.
Acme Services provided home health services including blood draws for my mother over the last 3 years. She passed away recently. They did a very good, professional job providing these services. We were very satisfied and have no complaints or shortcomings to report. Their personnel are good and the supervisors at the the company were very responsive to our needs.
