Called in to take care of an old bill and Lisa was very courteous and professional in helping me work out a payment plan. I can now say this is all taken care of and I can rest easy. She was very professional, and thoughtful. She truly cared about helping me through this issue to the very end. Working with new world collections was a very easy process and I am so thankful!

I had an outstanding medical bill from a few years ago that ended up in New World Collections. Usually, I dread contacting collection agencies - but not this one. I worked with Lisa and she was just such a wonderful person, so helpful and patient while I was trying to get my bill sorted out. I would recommend NWC to anyone needing their services!

I just had a great experience handling an account I did not even know was on my credit. I spoke with a representative who could not locate the account at first and he was able to send me to another representative who was able to locate it using my (old) hyphenated name. While I was upset that there was an account on my credit, I am so happy they were able to locate the account and help me get it paid off! Thank you New World for being courteous and helpful today!
