“I contacted Godby Hearth & Home to service my 13 year old direct vent gas fireplace after another company came out and quoted me over $1300. to "repair" it. I had to wait a few weeks for the appointment (because it was during the holidays and I didn't purchase the fireplace from Godby), but it was well worth the wait. Rick was punctual, professional and did a fantastic job of servicing my fireplace. It turned out that no parts had to be replaced, and my bill was a whopping $185. - a far cry from the $1300 the other company had quoted. Now my fireplace looks and works great! Godby will be my first choice for future service (and when it comes time to replace my old fireplace, the place to buy a new one)! Thank you!”
