“I am very happy to report an excellent service epefience/story. I had a water heater serviced becuse it kept shutting off. The electronic control had failed and required replacement. I was charged way less than I planning on paying. In fact, they could have sold me a complete watef heater but did not take advantage. On the initial visit they were friendly, professional and the technician cleaned up after himself. Had to go get part was back and finished same day. The replacement failed a few months later but I was always able to get it relit. Last night I couldn't. I called them this morning and was connected to a very pleasant man who looked up the original service order. After a brief explaination he asked if someone would be around which I told, luckily yes. He said the tech who did the original work was in today and that he would send him over to have a look. Becore lunch i received word from my wife that the tech had been in, detected the faulty part, replaced it, apologized and had gone. Even better, the charge was zero. After 8 months there was no haggling, no automatic visit charge, nothing except pride in their work and fairness to this guaranteed retun customer for all of my future needs. ”

“I contacted Godby Hearth & Home to service my 13 year old direct vent gas fireplace after another company came out and quoted me over $1300. to "repair" it. I had to wait a few weeks for the appointment (because it was during the holidays and I didn't purchase the fireplace from Godby), but it was well worth the wait. Rick was punctual, professional and did a fantastic job of servicing my fireplace. It turned out that no parts had to be replaced, and my bill was a whopping $185. - a far cry from the $1300 the other company had quoted. Now my fireplace looks and works great! Godby will be my first choice for future service (and when it comes time to replace my old fireplace, the place to buy a new one)! Thank you!”

“A seam on my driver's side front seat came loose and I asked Claude and Greg's to replace the front seat coverings and carpet (which was worn and water damaged). Everything was great, from the person who helped me determine what they could do to help me by offering various options, to the follow-up and the final product I couldn't have been happier. Even though they cautioned before the sale that the carpet fit might not be perfect since they have to form the carpet correctly themselves it looked perfect to my eye. I appreciated the professionalism and quality”
