All I know is that I was eternally grateful to have his guys do the work in quick fashion, and when I followed up to report that some of the trim came free a week or so after they finished their work. “I had to take my violently I'll Corgi in on a Sunday morning. I called before hand to make sure I was not overreacting. The staff neither recommended for or against, they simply listed what was appropriate for emergency care versus a standard visit. I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and integrity. Within moments of arrival I was greeted, checked in, and taken to an exam room. The DVM on staff was excellent, both polite and informative. I could hear that one of the other clients had a pet that was critically ill, yet I never felt neglected. In the event of an emergency I would absolutely go back.”
