“If you have astigmatism, Dr Brian Swift is your doc! I haven’t had a better experience anywhere else. As someone with astigmatism, he was great at explaining the challenges with astigmatism and different ways to correct it. Prior to this, my doctors would just tell me that my astigmatism is really bad without an explanation; I always had trouble with contacts, halos, pain, and red rings around my eyes. Dr. Swift was able to explain why finding the right contacts for astigmatism can be tricky and that it might take a couple tries to find the right prescription. It’s only been a few days, but I think this first pair is going better than my previous prescriptions.. time will tell… I’m amazed! He is great at efficiently explaining in a way that’s understandable without over-explaining. The best! It took less time for all of the exam aspects (eye glass, retinal imaging, contacts, etc) than my previous place of choice… and I left with more knowledge!! Will be sticking with this doctor.”

“This office has a comfortable setting and was very clean. The staff was friendly enough...upon walking in 3 staff members were sitting at their little desks 2 saw us before the third and it was the third person who greeted us,the other two weren't rude, just lacked professional people skills. The reason this office didn't get 5 stars was because of sanitary reasons. Although the office was spotless,my daughter and I watched someone use the machines then after they were out the room they called her in and did NOT wipe down the machines between patients. I have a huge issue with that! The doctor however did wipe the machine between her patients,but the ones who handle everyone before you get to the doctor did not🤢. Literally that is the only issue I had with this office. I will however give a shout out to the gentleman who helped us with the picking the frames portion of our visit. He was very fun and friendly. I would recommend this office,but would insist that you have them wipe the machines down before you have to press your skin against them.”

“Dr Tielker is the absolute best. She’s thorough and sensitive and I always feel seen and heard by her. Her nurse, terry, however, is a different story. To put it simply, I’ve considered finding a different doctor multiple times because of terry. She has been unwilling to help on multiple occasions and left me in tears when I’ve had trouble getting mental health prescriptions filled. When talking to her it is very clear that she doesn’t share the same care for patients that doctor Tielker does. I really don’t understand how she is still employed based on our interactions. Speaking to her when I have a question or need help is like pulling teeth. She refused to ask dr Tielker a question regarding my back ordered medication. Terry gets 0 stars.”
