“The staff is a little rude at times except for the property manager Steve. He does everything he can to make you happy. Maintenance is satisfactory as we have seen many come and go except for rusty which is a good guy. The only issue we have is kids playing soccer between complexes and hitting windows and damaging flower plots when there is a huge field next to the pool and a playground. As far as the mice issue all residents home or apartment have mice. GET DECON!!!! we have had 1 or 2 mice and since I played down poison for a dollar have had no issue since and office (Steve n Rusty) has always responded quickly to any issues”
