“I moved in 4 months ago. I very much enjoy my apartment it was nicely redone so it is new and very clean and I don't see much of my neighbors. The staff is always willing to help at anytime the one thing that impressed me yesterday was I was gone and when I came home there were 3 ladies cleaning the halls I even saw one wipe down the baseboards. I lived here 3 years ago and came back very peaceful here and the price of rent is reasonable.”

Ms. Kassie you rock bcuz you do all you can to make us happy ,when I know you get frustrated and overwhelmed with all the issues that were here when you arrived and all the ones that have popped up once got here , Ms. Lisa Amazing lady figures out the most, Ms. Tiara best receptionist Since Tiffani Ricky my guy only maintenance Man and My God does he have his hand full and he definitely needs help ,but he bust his ass everyday to do as much as he can b4 6pm... Not to mention on call everyday... Yes I want some things done ... But all in all this Staff Rocks.... You can't change issues overnight.... Work in progress”

“Now that the lady manager has left this is a much better place to live. The current manager actually seems to care about the residents. That other lady was HORRIBLE! AND INCOMPETENT! My refrigerator was collecting and leaking water and her response was for me to remove my ice cube trays and wait 3 days. Wait WHAT??? She finally decided to provide new refrigerator after I sent videos of water pouring from refrigerator. I had a fire in my unit and she said they can't look at it until the insurance adjuster came out. Once he did - 4 days later - she said they could've come to view damages days before. That's not what she said originally. She didn't even think that it was important for her to submit a detailed claim for THEIR property. I had to live in an apartment that still had burn residue until me and my husband decided to clean it. Trust me. It wasn't easy. That's just assume of the horror stories dealing with that lady. So glad I don't have to deal with that. Now that she's gone, we've decided to sign a new lease.”

“Update: The owner did respond and was able to answer the question that was asked. I am glad that they responded. Not sure why this company is in business I asked one simple question of an item and there was no attempt to answer it. The response was immediately sent out that said they could not answer it. Also I asked about a preview day and was rudely told that I missed it by a week and a half yet the auction does not close for almost a week. It is a shame that they have no drive to try and earn a customer.”
