We had a great experience with them. We were unfortunately dealing with critters in the attic, so it is not a fun thing, but they made it as painless as possible. They were always courteous, professional, ON TIME, took their time, empathetic, helpful and reasonably priced (we received 3 quotes). I really liked that they always sent the same service technician so that person is familiar with your home; we had the technician and he was great! They saw the job through until it was finished with no hesitation, they take their warranty very seriously. We will be using them in the future for any pest control needs.
We have been using them for months now, and we're so happy with the results. The technician was our first tech, who was just great. He even recommended someone to cover our rental property which happened to be outside of their service area, and we've been stress-free since then. Now, our tech is just great; so sweet and funny, and very accommodating. She spotted ants that we didn't know we had, and several wasp nests and took care of them right away. Glad to have her as our new tech.
