  PTWORKX, LLC in our community is one of the BEST practices for physical therapy and guidance in achieving your best self. John helped me recover from surgery, increased my reserves and guided me to regain my strength and well being. He is equally skilled throughout the age span. His depth of skill and knowledge are remarkable. He designed, developed and implemented the very best and challenging program for me both in the gym and at home. I have continued to benefit from his training and highly recommend John and Bing Salva for any physical needs that require highly skilled analysis, assessment, design and graduated implementation to achieve one's highest physical strength and well being.   I had an MCL sprain and was afraid to get back into sports and I didn't know what I needed to do gain my strength and mobility back safely and effectively. I was really glad I chose John -- I had a lot of fun working with him to get back to where I wanted to be. He was patient and understanding, and helped me work through both physical and mental barriers I was facing. He also put a lot of effort into researching and creating exercise plans that would be most effective for the sport I play (roller derby) and what we needed to do to make sure I was 100% ready to get back on skates. I found he genuinely cared about my success and that made me more excited to keep working hard on improving!

  Feel better than I have in 10 + years. Late- February '19 I could barely walk. I'd had back problems going back to an incident in the fall of '09. After a dozen of trips hobbling into the chiropractor and getting an MRI I finally realized that I was in need of more.
  
  Dr Salva would listen to my concerns and helped me feel at ease with our course of action. He is extremely knowledgeable and applied that knowledge to my individual needs. He worked with me, prescribed exercises tailored to my needs; always left feeling better than I did when I got there. I'm now back to weight training, boxing and running a demanding business because of PTWORX! Highly recommend!
