  Our second visit was as good as our first! We got brisket and a pulled pork burritio-bith were delicious. Best collard greens I have ever eaten. Fair prices, friendly, attentive staff, and the owner is a genuinely nice guy.

  I don’t understand how Carson’s got any bad reviews. Having eating BBQ all over the US Carlson’s by far is one of my favorite places to get BBQ. Mr. Carlson went from table to table asking if everyone was doing well and how the food was.

  First visit and two of us split the big sampler. Loved the ribs, brisket and pork. Chicken was ok and when I mentioned that the owner came out with a new serving of chicken that was awesome! If you don’t like your meal, tell them and they will make it right. Carson’s is an off the beaten path hole in the wall bbq joint that’s worth a visit.
