  I called yesterday due to having no heat. James was the technician who came to my house today and he was professional, friendly, and honest. He even showed me pictures of the issues with my furnace to really help me understand. Finding out I need a whole new furnace was stressful but I felt that it was the best and a very honest opinion and he took care of scheduling the installation and working with my schedule to do so! I will definitely contact James for any future issues with my furnace/heating and summers for any plumbing/heating/cooling issues or maintenance!

  My ex-husband had HVAC issues. He had a great Technician, James, come out and diagnose many problems that had been missed with prior companies. James treated my ex-husband like family. Left his personal cell phone number for issues. Today - Summers sent a follow up crew to make some additional improvements James recommended ( so that everything would work perfectly ). Alex and Tyler were the technicians this time. They worked like Oxen for 9 hours, solid. They were prompt, professional, and super hard working. Everything works perfectly now. Tyler even gave my ex-husband his personal cell phone number as well to call if anything should go askew. Now that's 3 technicians in a row from Summers that have made us customers for life.   On the 1 to 5 (excellent) scale, my technician James earns 5. He is the best technician we have had over 30 years of the services received. James is competent, knowledgeable, professional, due diligent, and courteous. My son is a Stanford Engineer and watched James. He said James is the most thorough, competent, and honest he has ever seen. I would recommend you trust what James says. He'll work with you to understand your solution if there are problem, be it wait, repair, or replace.

  Our Summers technician, James, was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY thorough. He used a tool called a “combustion analyzer” that I’ve never seen before in 15 years of having my unit serviced. It showed detailed numbers and I asked him to explain every single one. He took the time and did. Then he methodically worked through various parts of the furnace and answered every question about each part and how it should function. He found a fundamental “gas pressure” setting that has been incorrectly set since installation and never caught by any prior servicing I have had done over the years. Even though the net is some repairs are needed, I am very highly satisfied as a customer.

  Had some plumbing added today for a gas fireplace. They were great and willing to work with me on finding a cost effective way to get it done. Ended up being less than half the cost of the other quotes I got. The technician, Gary, was friendly, helpful and super easy to work with. They did a great job. Thank you Summers!
