“I had many problems in the past with Star of America form Purdue WL to Indianapolis. All the ones described in the reviews: not checking lobbies (particularly in winter) and so leaving customers behind, not getting the money back when clearly it was due, rude over the phone manager. HOWEVER, I think there has been a change in management. In the past month I took the service 4 times, mainly because I found out about their loyalty program, on my first ride, and I knew I was going to take several shuttles this academic year, more than usual. I was pleasantly surprised at the shall we say "day to night" change. Both drivers were very friendly and 3 of the 4 rides were right on time. One of them was 5 minutes late but nothing too bad. Both drivers also drove very well and I had a great experience! With the new buses are completely equipped yet, but I'm hopeful they will be soon. As a suggestion: in Winter, all shuttle drivers should definitely check the Union and airport lobbies because, well, it's Indiana and it gets very cold outside! It's a courtesy and professional to check the lobbies at the pickup stops.”
