“I had to establish a new physician after changing insurance. I was able to get into Dr. Knabel's office fairly quickly. There was no wait which is almost unheard of in my experience. Typically, I spend at least 30 minutes, sometimes up to an hour in the waiting room praying I'll be called back. Their office was clean and had a ton of friendly people. It was a risk going to a doctor I couldn't research ahead of time, but it turned out great. He was funny and really down to earth, not belaboring through points I needed to remember and not pushing for unnecessary tests. I highly recommend Dr. Knabel (pronounced kuh-NAY-bull).”

“I must say it was due to the reviews that I was scared to death to go to this office! I have never met a more caring doctor than Dr Mackay. He takes his work seriously. And listens to me. He takes the time to explain to me why I am having the pain ,where I'm having it at and how he can fix it. The office staff is exceptional, and very respectful. It's so nice to go into an office and not see a ton of people there waiting, and to see the office staff have nothing but frowns on their faces or act like they hate their job. At Dr Mackay it's the total opposite. I never have a very long wait time.and I have as much time as I need to speak with the doctor. I never feel rushed. I am so thankful I went. Yes there are people out there that put out bad reviews when they don't get what they want. Sorry for you, but be glad there's a doctor who cares enough to give you what you truly need. This place truly is exceptional I would give more stars if I could. In today's age all you have to do is mention pain medicine and people automatically treat you bad. I realize there are people out there that take advantage of pain meds, and because of doctors not caring this is why the opiate crisis has become as bad as what it is.they didn't care about the patients it was only the money. Dr. Mackay and his staff truly care about each individual patient and will give you exactly what you need to help. And give you the best treatment for your problem. I wish I would have went here a long time ago.”
