Friendly, professional and didn't have a long wait. Dr. Clemens is awesome and explains everything in simple terms. His staff are genuinely nice and everyone is there to help.
Dr. Clemens has been my Eye Doctor for almost as long as he has been in Crawfordsville. Who knows; I might be one of his oldest clients since his arrival in The Ville. There is a reason for that. Because he is the Best. He takes the time needed for you and sincerely cares about your eye health. No matter the name on the building, Dr. Clemens remains the Best Eye Doctor I’ve experienced and would recommend him to any and all. Thank you for what you do and Merry Christmas ????????????
Dr. Clemens is a wonderful eye doctor, but the administration of this location leaves much to be desired. I attempted to make an appointment by telephone for several hours and there was never even an answering machine available. I finally decided to go to the office in person, only to find a sign (at 3:15 pm) that the office would be closed until 3:30. The employee finally showed up at 3:40! Too much effort just to make an appointment.
Dr. Clemens does a wonderful job taking the time to examine your eyes and explaining changes that may be occurring with your vision. He is also very responsive and helpful with addressing any issues or concerns that you may have after you’ve received new products (eg contact lenses).
Doc was very nice, and informative. He took the time to explain the condition of my eyes, and what he could prescribe to help me to see better than I do now. The health of my eyes are good, but how they work is complicated. I will recommend him to others. And the staff- they are great as well.
