I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They are local to me so that makes things even easier for me. Burt and Laney have been exceptionally great open and helpful with anything I need from them. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I bought the dwc mini started with little cnc background but not enough to brag about learning more and more everyday.DWC is the best decision i could have made not only is it a great tool but the videos and tutorials are very encouraging and have learned so much in the last month .Look forward to doing more purchases in the future with a great company such as DWC. Thanks guys

Enjoying the learning process, i have to say that Laney is the best when it comes to helping out with some of the issues I have had with design, his waste-board design is great and he helped me out to make sure everything was correct before I started surfacing and when I had a small issue I just called him and and he walked me through it. As for the DWC2440 i haven’t had any issues with operations but wish I would have upgraded to the makita router, my bits and 1/4” collet seem to get stuck inside the router and have broken two bits trying to get them out $$, have never had that problem with conventional router.
Overall i have to give it a five star rating and am very happy with my Made in America purchase and do not for a minute regret my decision in the DWC2440

Was a novice and sill am but customer support a major plus with this purchase! Laney is amazing and the video's he puts out is top notch. I have a lot to learn but Laney is there almost like having an assistant full time for us beginners. One reminder if you use a copyright photo you can only give it away, do not try and sell a piece with one on it.

When you buy a product that costs enough to make most people do their research, the next most important item, after pulling the trigger, is 'what does the support look like'? Ask ANYONE who owns a Digital Wood Carver machine and you'll hear the same story: The support is unbelievable in it's availability and depth of knowledge.
The product line is very well engineered and offers products for limited-budget hobbyists as well as commercial enterprises. Trust these folks.
