Got a flat on the highway about 15 minutes from their shop. Traffic was stopped on the highway due to some sort of accident up ahead of where I was. They were the nearest shop and man was I so happy they were even open to answer the phone. I didn't know how the tow truck would even get to me through the stopped traffic, but he did in no time at all. Took the car immediately into the shop and discovered a screw in my tire. They fixed it immediately and got me on my way. They looked like they had quite a few cars they were working on but they took care of me first. I don't even remember how much it cost but at that point I didn't care. For service like that, to put me in front of all the other cars they were working on, I was glad to pay them for their time. I can't say enough good things about these guys. If any one wants to complain about paying for a service they obviously lack respect for the knowledge, time and skill these guys have and I for one was so thankful that they were there. You cant buy this service on the internet, be thankful they are still in business!!!
I've been trying. To figure out how some people are giving negative reviews? These guys are truly awesome! They bend over backwards to help you and get you back on the road as soon as possible. We have been trucking up here and have had several different trucks in the shop at different times and they have yet to let us down! They always surpass expectations and always get it done when they say they will have it done or before. Mike in the guys are great people 10/10 would recommend. I think the negative reviews are coming from people more mad at themselves than these guys and then again you can't please everyone! Keep up the great work guys!
Mike and his staff were excellent. We r from Wisconsin and when are truck went down on hwy 65 they were there promptly. We went back to there shop, where it was evident these guys new what they were doin, A LOT BETTER THAN THE DEALERSHIP BACK IN WISCONSIN , they got us up and back on the road, i had complete confidence in them and there work and felt we were safe. All at a very reasonable price. Thank u again mike and staff u were great!
