It would have been quicker if they had more notice. I showed up a day earlier than scheduled. No complaints they jumped right on it with no hesitation. Office personnel are friendly and courteous ..Lou Ann and Eric are the two you meet in the office. They have a shop truck that can be used to get food if you like. The driver's lounge is clean and has two leather recliners as well as a sofa. It also comes with a mini fridge stocked with drinks as a courtesy.”

“Absolutely love fair oaks farms as a rest stop. Every time I drive between Illinois & Indiana I stop here. Gas prices are a little expensive here but most BPs are. They have a FREE dog park and very nice bathrooms at their gas station. Highly recommend stoping here on road trips.”
