Margarita's Tex-Mex Burrito

Dynamic Landscaping enjoyed lunch from the food truck at our location in Syracuse. We were celebrating an occasion and wanted to do something out of the ordinary. Margarita's owner and employees were very accommodating and easy to work with. The food was delicious and very affordable for the experience.

This is a TINY restaurant, that packs a lot of flavor. The first thing I noticed was the small number of seats. Don't quote me on this, but I think there were 7 chairs total. I was greeted with a smile and I quickly made my burrito order with sour cream and cheese. THE CHIPS WERE AWESOME - FRESH. That sentence deserves all-caps! There are many Mexican restaurants in the goshen/elkhart/Ligonier area, and this tiny place took the lead for my tortilla chip champion. The rest of my food was good too. I wouldn't say it's to die for, but nevertheless a great place to eat. I'll be stopping by again. I imagine they do mostly catering since the storefront squarefootage is like a studio apartment. Definitely recommended!
