Carriage House Apartments of Kendallville

Apartments are nice. And management is always on top of any issues or questions one may have.

I have been living here for a little over a year and I have no complaints at all the property is well kept, even though it is a family based community it’s very quiet, the staff and maintenance team are very efficient and caring and while I don’t personally know my neighbors everyone is seemingly nice. Overall it’s a great place to live.

I like living here. The apartments are nice. And most people that I've met are very nice. They keep up with the apartments rather well. When you need something that usually get to it pretty quickly. The only thing that I don't like is the laundry area. They don't have a machine large enough to wash comforters. There's a lot of people like me that don't have a vehicle so there's no way to go to a laundromat. They also don't provide a change machine in the laundry area which would be most welcome. Again people like me that can't get around I would hard time getting a hold of quarters to do laundry. But all in all I can't complain. I have had no problems.

There's a lot of pretty cool people that live there and easy to make friends there. Lots of pros but some cons too. Theres a trail across the road and a nice huge field so the scenery is pretty good and they keep up pretty nicely on the apartments. I feel like they can be a little invasive though on checking on your yard or they let themselves in if you don't open after they knock. So there's a few things I don't like but it can be easily fixed.
