Ryan offered to pick up my husband from work in albion with our new vehicle, he filled our gas tank up before we left, and he dropped the price right to where we were thinking... we didn't even have to argue or haggle! Ryan is super down to earth, pleasant to talk too, and was very honest with everything he knew about the vehicles on the lot. Did I mention that our vehicle was under 3k?!? I was in and out in 15 minutes with a tire rotation. I had made an appointment, however they do take walk-ins. He said they replace them for free if you buy one there, so he sold me one and replaced it for me. He was quick, friendly and helpful.
