(March 31, 2018, 2:19 am)I was not able to get my car serviced because I did not know that they specialized in semi trucks. However when I called, Ellen answered and was very kind. She said they weren't able to do it but then she sent me a few references. Thank you for being willing to help out Ellen! If I know anyone who drives a semi I will be sure to reference them to you guys if they have any problems!

(March 10, 2018, 11:45 pm)My car broke down last night about two miles from the Flying J Travel center at the Ripley exit. I was tired, cold, and just wanting to get home. I live a 4hr drive to get back home. I called A1 at 630am. Ellen answered right away. Took all my information. Was compassionate and incredibly helpful. She let me know she had a few people ahead of me, but would get to me as soon as her mechanic could. She continued to give me updates until her guys got there. They were professional, thorough, and kind. I felt like I was in great hands. They are reasonably priced as well. I hope I'm never stranded again in that area... But if I am I know I will have excellent service and treatment from these guys!
