“The office can run behind but the demand is significant. Dr. Springer is concise and to the point, not wasting any time. She always stands close-by after the exam to help with any further questions. I came in late twenty-five minutes late recently and still she took time to make the appointment. Patients demand her time and she provides all the answers and time they need. The office staff can be a little slow but, again, I'm not behind the counter. Like most medical offices, I'll bet it's a nightmare just dealing with the insurance companies and pharmacy's. There is room for improvement but, overall, they do well.”

“Everyone makes you feel so comfortable from checking to leaving. My pre-op nurse Brittany was amazing and really helped me relax. I feel bad but don’t remember who my discharge nurse was but she was so patient and helpful. She was suppose leave but never rushed me. When you have great staff it makes such a difference on your experience. Also, Dr. Thompkins is a miracle worker!!”

“We taste tested the beef sandwich, which was very good. The only thing to make it better would of been a bit more beef. Also ordered an x-lg sausage & mushroom pizza with ground sausage, it was surprisingly good. The sauce was a sweeter than normal type & great mild Italian sausage was used. Definately going back to try a few other items on the menu.????”

“Great place to stay if you're visiting NW Indiana. I travel primarily for business, but I'm confident this location can accommodate any type of travelers. The front desk staff is very professional, courteous and attentive. I'd like to point out one in particular, Amy, who always has a smile and a warm welcome while you're checking in. This hotel is modern with all of the necessary amenities, nice pool, nice fitness center, etc., but the onsite restaurant is huge plus and is actually very, very good. There are Chef's specials on occasion, and so far none have disappointed. Brittany is one of the servers, and I have to say she's awesome! Always smiling, always in a good mood and always makes everyone she serves feel right at home. Although some reviewers may not agree, I actually prefer the ground floor rooms when they're available because of easy access to the fitness center and pool which has an outside patio area. Give this hotel a try, I don't think it will disappoint.......”
