“The office can run behind but the demand is significant. Dr. Springer is concise and to the point, not wasting any time. She always stands close-by after the exam to help with any further questions. I came in late twenty-five minutes late recently and still she took time to make the appointment. Patients demand her time and she provides all the answers and time they need. The office staff can be a little slow but, again, I'm not behind the counter. Like most medical offices, I'll bet it's a nightmare just dealing with the insurance companies and pharmacy's. There is room for improvement but, overall, they do well.”
