(August 9, 2018, 8:38 am)My favorite location to park when visiting the Indians Dunes. I prefer the national lake shore over the state park because in the latter you feel policed and unnecessarily inhibited from enjoying the beach to its fullest. The downside is that you have to watch your kids for yourself though. This is a small parking lot and fills up quickly even during the week. The facilities are clean and the beach is just a 2 minute walk away from the lot.
