(August 21, 2018, 9:07 pm)Great Company. Called them back in Mid January for issue where we had no running water starting around 10pm at night. He called me around 645am in the morning to see if I wanted him to get an early site check. He was at the house by 7am. Walked through several options that could be causing the problem. After a run back for added tools needed to access or crawl space under the house, he determined our reservoir tank had rusted through and sump pump was not working properly.
He showed me some options on the sump pumps which I used to get a good deal at Menard's and he got the reservoir tank from inventory he had. Job done by midafternoon. Did the work in some pretty cold weather, frozen ground and even worked through some snow that started coming down.
Knowledgable, hard working owner/operator. Solid job, gave valuable insights on several areas of our water and well system set up.
(July 29, 2018, 10:46 am)Called him at 7: 30 a. M. Sunday morning and he was there in 30 minutes. Fixed and repaired by 9. Highly recommend Brandon for well service. Great prices.
