This time I had a leak in a pipe in the crawl space.
There is not much space to work. The man who came was very nice. No complaints. He went right to work and finished promptly.

(October 16, 2018, 5:06 pm)Kenny was AWESOME!!! We have old, clay pipes that have cracked and let the roots in over the years, which leads to a back-up of water here and there over the years. After dealing with several plumbers over the last few years, I will ONLY call Trapmasters and request Kenny from now on. He was professional, knowledgeable, quick, and gave amazing preventative maintenance tips along with explaining the pieces and parts of my home's "unique" (and annoying) pipe system that have left previous plumbers befuddled.

(February 3, 2018, 9:55 am)On the day of my mom's funeral, they were on top of it when I came home and my water heater was leaking. The old one was under warranty and i couldn't find the paperwork (they didn't install the first one). Brian took the time to reach the vendor and get me a brand new one for free instead of trying to make more money by selling me one. I still was charged labor of course, but he saved me a thousand dollars. Thank you Brian. Your staff was great too!
