We love this place and go every time we are in the neighborhood. The food is fresh, delicious and served quickly. It's a family business which we enjoy because everything is home made. They focus on the quality of food, not the decor. This place isn't fancy but boy is it good!

We always enjoy our visit to Santiago's. It seems like everything there is made from scratch, there is nothing that comes out of a box or from a container, it's all very good. Very tasty. There chips and salsa are to-die-for, they are homemade and some are made with corn and others are made with flour, they are very tasty. Some of the best I've ever eaten. It definitely is a mom and pop shop, and that's not to be made light of,. It's very good food very good service and the building is an older building but it's neat and clean.

Nice place. In a very quiet part of portage. You will need maps to find it. salsa and chips. Were DELICIOUS!! Will definitely go back for more. Meal was good. Had the chicken enchiladas and beef taco combo. Came with rice and beans. Both had good flavor but we're slightly salty. One waitress to service the place. There were 12 in my group alone. Very knowledgeable and quick please tip her!
