“I have had no problems with claims with my insurance. I love Dr Timmons and his staff. They are great to work with. Keeping in communication if you do have an issue will avoid being sued. It is your responsibility to contact them if you don't understand the billing process and your insurance is processing your claim. They will work with you. But, you have to let them know you are having problem's. Or how can they know or help? I give Dr Timmons 5 star's. He is easy to work with. Staff is great. They do care. And trust me. I have had a lot of work done this year! Headed back for more. Just wish insurance would not be so stingy with coverage. Dental work is expensive. They don't cover enough. That is a huge bummer.”
