“A few years ago, a terrible doctor misdiagnosed my husband as having lung cancer and that we needed to find out IF it was treatable. Dr. Kumar went above and beyond to evaluate my husband and get him scheduled for a biopsy. Turned out he did NOT have cancer but he was very ill with hysoplasmosis. If Dr. Kumar had not acted so quickly, the infection could have ended up being much more severe. My dad is having lung issues right now and calling tomorrow for an appointment. I know he's in great hands. Highly recommend!”

“The NP Brittany was fantastic. She had the best bedside manner I've ever seen and experienced. All the staff, from reception to nurses who checked me in and took vital information were wonderful. Super friendly and really listen to what I was saying. Another thing: the wait time! While there were several people ahead of me, I was in and out in under half an hour where I receive not only care in the clinic but also after care (prescriptions) when I left to help with the allergic reaction I had. Hopefully I don’t, but if I ever have a health issue that arises that warrants visiting an urgent care again, I will absolutely return to the Portage clinic. Thank you!”

I initially went in for a consult about getting highlights .. she welcomed me to show her pictures of what I wanted.. and she took the time to explain the differences in types of highlights. This wonderful woman knows her stuff. She also gave me a trim .. as well as styling my hair. I am so pleased with the results.
