“We have used Hines Plumbing twice in the several years we have owned our home. First for a toilet/toddler/paper towel incident and most recently for our hot water heater. In both instances, I called around to several places literally just to speak to someone. Hines Plumbing was the ONLY place to answer or call me back in both instances. Hines Plumbing was prompt and came and fixed both our issues very quickly. For our hot water heater, the phone call was placed at 0730AM and by 1230PM, it was fixed, no issues, no worries. Jack performed the work on our house both times. Hines Plumbing is a very professional and courteous organization. They perform quality and reliable work. Going forward, if we should have any other plumbing needs, I'm not even going to bother calling anyone else. I'm just awaiting the brick installation. FYI they even ran my speaker wire for me through the wall to my specifications. The fireplace is in and I'm burning it in as I write this.”
