The owner reached out to us and has made everything right - they fixed the AC line, ordered new wheel hubs, and gave us some direction on getting the door panel fixed. Exactly the type of service anyone could hope for from a small town business - personalized and genuine. I would gladly recommend this dealer to anyone and would buy from Carson Motors again in the future.
BUYER BEWARE!!!
I bought a car from this lot with only 67k miles on it exactly 30 days ago. Today the serpentine belt shredded and took out the air conditioning line. Also, there is a wheel hub going out, and the trim had started to separate from the door. I called today to see what they would do, and was somewhat rudely told that since we didn't buy the $1200+ limited warranty, they will not do anything. While very nice during the purchase process, their good will ended there, and they became too embodiment of "used car salesman".
Decent affordable, pre owned vehicles with no problems and if anything does happen they fix it on spot great place to get a vehicle and really professional staff, and mechanic and detailer on site Monday through friday
