“All you want is to get in and out. But it doesn't always work out. The waiting room is clean, they have a restroom , they understand that you have other things to do, but they are not going to rush a person to get to you. Because that would mean that they were rushing you to get to the next person. You got to think about it. Don't go if you don't really have the time, and don't wait until the last day to renew and then get upset bc you have to wait.”

“Mill Pond is a wonderful campus. The Staff are attentive, sensitive to residents, friendly, and professional. The facility is clean and smells good. They provide fun activities, a monthly brunch (excellent food), Friday Happy Hour with game, and other activities throughout the week. My grandfather enjoyed his stay and I enjoyed my visits...which were often. Can't say enough good about the staff and campus. Exceptional in all regards. My Pops was very happy and content during his stay.”
