(October 27, 2022, 12:23 am)As things go our 2018 Ram 2500 developed a problem starting but only when it was below 45F. Patrick was able to help me diagnose a faulty battery and replace both batteries with new SuperStart Extreme batteries. He even entertained my request to test the batteries with the portable battery tester as well as the bench tester. Great experience from a knowledgeable young man!
