Casey’s customer service skills were off the chart. She was so sweet, so sincere, and helped me as much as she could. She had a technician come out ASAP to look at and to give me a quote on my system. Nothing better than having to make the worse call that you have been pushing back for a year and then to have them be so nice and friendly. That’s huge... then I met Joe, he’s awesome! He’s so honest and so sincere that they have won my business from here on out. I just got off the phone canceling appts for 3 others heat & air companies that are supposed to come out. I’m a true believer on things happen for a reason, and believe this day was meant to be. Thank you so much guys for your help and friendliness! I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart! ❤️ When people ask me who to go to for air and heat, it will definitely be you guys!! Thank you again.
