Clark State Forest Gun Range

The check-in procedure is a little inconvenient, but the $5 price tag makes up for it. This is a 100 yd range and was well maintained during my visit. The table and bench combinations are really nice touches. Makes it easy to spread your stuff out or shoot from a rest. Other shooters were safe and considerate. I will definitely go back.

Better than it was a few years ago now that there is a bridge and more regular cleanup. It's easy to sneak in, shoot and leave trash vs. having to buy permit, sign in & out and police your trash, so there's a lot of that going on.

Nice Range. Had a lot of fun. Wish you could shoot steel targets though.

This range is short and is no longer free. You must check in and is monitored by an officer. They have cleaned it up and no junk targets are allowed. It’s still a good place to target shoot or sight in your weapons
