John Jones Auto Group Scottsburg

I used John Jones of Scottsburg today for the first time. What awesome service in the service department!!!! First class all the way. I wasn’t able to drive my car in there today, so they made it easy by picking my car up and taking care of everything!!!! They went the next step and had washed it before bringing it back home. Called when on their way and on the way back home. Thank you so much for taking great care of my car!!!!!!!

I came into this dealership Weds 10/5/22 and a great gentleman by the name of Matt helped me find the car I was looking for. Once I found the car that I wanted to purchase he made my purchase experience extremely easy. I had one issue with the car and right away he made sure the dealership would handle that issue. Once we got that taken care financing was explained in very simple terms that it was easy to understand. They got me a great rate in a time of very high interest rates and one of the best aftermarket warranties I have not seen at a dealership that wasn't a new car. I recommend this place to everyone in the Southern Indiana area. Reach out to Matt one of the better salesmen out there who doesn't make you feel pressured to buy.

The service I received was wonderful. The gentleman who met me at the door and walked me through everything, was extremely helpful. The Mechanic was good and got me out the door in a very short amount of time.
My car is fully under warranty and I just paid for an extended warranty so my only frustration was being charged 40 dollars to have the part delivered in a timely way
