“William is a one man show and owner of southern indiana pest control. He is better than 5 people. We were getting a VA loan and black diamond did our home inspection. They made sure to put what they needed on report to make us have to buy a termite system and the wrong and more expensiveone. Anything to make more money because they knew now we had to for the closing. We called william for a 2nd opinion. We has a small spot on the largest beam from a bore beetle and there was no evidence of termites or any active bugs. William installed the right termite system and cost us half of black diamond. Whenever you need him he always answers right away in text or call. He makes an appointment and shows up fast which is rare these days. If he has to come out and spray a second time due to no fault of his own he makes you a priority.”

“I’ve had poor luck lately with lower rate hotels, so was really considering not staying because of its low rate/not chain name but I am glad I read reviews because it was very much an awesome value. Immaculately cleaned room, no weird smells, spotless carpet & linens. Definitely nothing super fancy, but got the job done for $80 after taxes. We felt safe & it was quiet. I wish all owners took as much pride in their properties as these folks, you can sure tell a difference!”

“I met Dr. Kasaraneni, my surgeon, in the ER after enduring 4.5 days of excruciating constant pain from the onset of compartment syndrome. His calm and confident demeanor was a breath of fresh air. After our brief encounter I was rushed to have fasciotomy surgery. When I awoke the pain was finally gone! I later learned the severity and rarity of my condition. Without proper diagnosis and urgent action I would have lost my leg or my life. Due to my surgeon’s breadth of experience he was able to perform my rare surgery and save both my life and limb. I thought I might see him a couple times after surgery and then follow up with my primary doctor, but no, my surgeon cares about my recovery, he has seen me multiple times since and may continue to until I fully recover. During our visits he doesn’t just assess my condition and say have a nice day. He takes the time to really listen to and answer all my questions with thoughtful wisdom. I’m so grateful he was on call the night I needed him.”
