I've bought 2 vehicles in a few months time span from Rich there at Harold Ford. I don't like dealerships because they're very very pushy. That's completely opposite at both the Harold Ford and Chevy dealerships. Highly recommend that if you're looking for a vehicle, you check both places out. Extremely friendly staff and they'll definitely work with you. Will definitely go here again if another vehicle is ever needed. Honestly probably only place I'll go to now.

I was very pleased with the service received at Harold Ford in early August 2023. I was on a camping vacation in the area for a week when I experienced a couple separate issues with my F150. This is stressful while on vacation and only having the one vehicle and also knowing you need it to get the family and camper home. The service department accommodated me in my situation and scheduled me in with no advance notice on two separate days that week. No begging or pleading necessary. A shuttle was also provided to my vacation location to prevent me from missing vacation time. Very thankful the truck was repaired with a successful end to the vacation.

Great dealership to work with! I didn’t feel worked over like others do to wear you down with sales and number game tactics. One ethical business owner to another, I really appreciated the No game approach. Highly recommend

Rich (salesman) is a great guy to work with. Him, Jim and Kobe at Harold Ford are all a pleasure to deal with. They took very good care of me throughout the purchasing process. Kobe even took time and transferred my tonneau cover to my new pickup. Thank you to all three of you for your assistance. Took my car in for preventative maintenance and an oil change (the works). Staff was super friendly and my car was done in less than an hour. I left feeling like my car was throughly looked over and that I received all “the works” services that I paid for. Definitely will be returning.
